Smileclothing.co offers shipping options for delivery within Australia, as well as International orders.

Domestic (Australian) Orders are shipped via Regular Post (up to 7 business days delivery time). Express Post  is a touch quicker (next business day delivery).

International Orders TNT Express Courier Service (3 – 10 business days) Time frames listed above indicate an estimated time that your order will arrive from the date it was shipped. Unfortunately we do not have as much control over this one though, but the Smile team will liaise directly with you once your International Order is placed.

Orders made through the site are processed from Monday to Friday. A processing time of 1-2 business days applies to all orders both domestic and international. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Orders are only delivered to your nominated address Monday to Friday between business hours. All domestic and international orders are sent with Australia Post. Smileclothing.co will accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact givefirstwearsecond@smileclothing.co within 7 days of receiving your order with your details, a full description of the goods you wish to return and your order number, which can be found on your confirmation email, or packing slip received with your order. You will then receive a response with instructions on where to send the goods and a reference number to quote on your package.

Please ensure a copy of your invoice is posted back with your return package to Smile.

Please ensure that the items being returned are in the original condition they were received in, and have not been worn or washed. Returns that are not in original condition will not be accepted and you will be asked to pay postage to have it returned to you. Smileclothing.co will not refund postage costs, and return postage is thus at your cost.  Sorry about that.
